Why write?

I haven’t written in a while, why haven’t I written in a while? I’ll tell you why I haven’t written in a while, it’s because I have had nothing to write about! I’ve found if I leave it for a little while, more things of interest happen (unless something interesting happens in that little while between writing and not writing, then I’ll write about it.

On that thought, has anything of interest  happened since the last time I wrote, well, yes, lots I imagine, but anything to write about? Not in bits and bobs, but as a cumulative definitely! My time in class (and out) has been vilified as I’m the proud owner of a distinction merit in my English language studies. This added to my 82% pass at maths (another distinction mark) makes my time worth spending at school. Ivan sort of guess what I’ll get in Sociology, but that may be seen as over confident. Let’s just say I’m on target for the predicted grades for uni.

That’s my view on Friday morning going to college! Half eight bus from Ashington, by the time I was within spitting distance of Gosforth it was 10:30 so I took the Metro for the last stint (a drop of snow and the country grinds to a halt) or at least the drivers do as no one seems to know how to drive in the snow! (Oh well, saving fuel on me bike) I turned up late into Maths and you know what? It didn’t phase me! I can do (whatever we are doing) so everything was fine. I won’t go into sociology as the jury are still sifting through the evidence of what actually happened during that class. Suffice to say I’m having a week off away from life next week and chilling in Catterick (upwards and onwards with me guitar I think)
