Breaking up is hard to do

I’ll start this missive with an apology, I’m in a shopping centre and haven’t got me glasses so any mistakes in spelling, grammar or punctuation is purely bad luck (I’ll never see them until I get home and look at the stats for today). Many many kids around today (am I missing a school holiday somewhere) so all you can hear is the constant drone of mothers whinging to there friends about their lives with said offspring. I see dress sense hasn’t changed much either since the last time I was here, still flat faced girls with ripped skinny black jeans!

I read a post yesterday incorporating a picture of Vikings having a battle chat about hipsters in skinny jeans, well today I saw one, a real hipster clone. Skinny jeans, beard, cap on backwards, convers trainers and tattoos down one arm! Seriously I thought I was walking into a joke, but these people actually exist. (I couldn’t take a pic as he was pushing a pushchair and that may have looked a bit suspect if I started taking pics).

The Christmas spirit is hitting the north right now (it’s not even fucking Halloween) trees, decorations, lights mince pies everything, I’m waiting for Santa grotto to open up and allow latent peodophiles the chance to touch kids again. Talking of kids, I saw a painful episode unfold in front of my eyes today. A guy and a poor girl had ovipositor fallen out over something and the young lass was trying her best to smoothe the situation. The guy had other plans, walking away, looking everywhere apart from her, then the immortal words ‘Just leave me alone…!’ Oh how I guffawed as we have all been there, out in public, argument under the belt, with the added thought that you have to travel back home with them. Oh I should have offered a shoulder to cry on!

Painting my fence kept me out of trouble for a little while yesterday, but now I have to make up for the quiet period! Now where’s that girl?
