Standing at the door of the Pink Flamingo

Any ideas?

Now i can’t lie about today, as i have done absolutely bugger all, and when i say bugger all, i mean BUGGER all. I didn’t get out the apartment until around 1800Hrs this evening (and that was only because i was going out with me mate tonight to the “Pit Stop”) The rest of the day was spent loafing around, putting the wishing machine into permanent spin just to see if i could (I think it’s ok, ill know tomorrow when i can open the door and get my kit out) watching the internet for various conspiracy theories revolving around the “Illuminati”, (Don’t go to the London Olympics on August 3rd apparently) and generally mincing around in me pants. Speaking to some people on line back in the UK, i think i may have lined myself up for helping out with a load of charity stuff in the next 18 months (I really should stop my lips from flapping) 

Going into Pambis this evening to meet my friends with a coke, i was ready to go to BINGO, now many will scoff, but for a small lay out, the chance to win €2500 beckoned. Obviously i didn’t bleeding win or i wouldn’t be sitting here now writing this Blog, i would be down bar street giving it the beans on a karaoke somewhere. 

So here i am watching Dave (a bit of QI) never goes amiss. Tomorrow i am off to the opticians as my eyesight is fading fast (Im sure it has something to do with the sunlight out here, Its bloody bright and if you don’t wear the sunglasses, you end up with a serious squint) Apparently they have free eye tests her, (thats all good to me) and the glasses could be with me within two days. The other thing the sunlight has an effect on in my gaff is the heat it gives off through the sunshades, (now these things cost an arm and a leg and are supposed to stop too much heat entering the house) but have now taken to place fans in strategic positions behind the TV and in front of the WIFI router otherwise they just get FAR too hot and start to break down. Lately you can touch ANY surface within the apartment and you would swear that someone had just turned the heating off. Even the cups INSIDE the cupboards are hot, not warm , hot!!! (the temperature is going back up too)

I cannot apologise for the length of this Blog tonight, as i said earlier i have managed to waste a full day of my life doing NOTHING!!! but we all need those  days sometimes.
