Today i have made the momentous decision to change my plans for the future, My main aim for this year was to move out to cyprus and make a new life there for me, but to be honest, whats the point of moving onto another island and staying there?
so now the plan will be to stay here for six months, enjoy the life, the sun and the sun seekers and find employment to see me through. At the end of my tenancy here, i will be moving onto the next great adventure for me. could be Japan, could be somewhere else in that general direction.
six months there? and moving on southwards to Oz for a while, my good mate Barry lives out there so it won’t be too daunting (he’s a copper), then back across to the UK stopping off a few more times before i get there. That, at least will mean i have actually traveled AROUND the world.
But at least i have made the first step. A daily blog of my life (for my self and for my daughter) will be kept, just as i did in Iraq and Afghanistan, (just in case things went wrong) but she will be able to see what her dad did in his last couple of years.
