A weekly tirade? A Sunday rant? Or just a look see what’s going on in this world today?  (from my point of view). Apart from the multitude of geriatrics carving paths through touristic traffic trying desperately to get their kill rate up, not much has changed from one Sunday to the next up in Tynemouth. I can safely say the sun will make an appearance sometime today, and jackets and jumpers will be disgaurded with gay abbandon as the northern hordes clamour for their brief time in the sun.

What I can add (more as in self interest really (but isn’t this what I’ve been doing for nearly four years with you?)) my co-rider contacted me this morning, a guy called Denis (I’m pronouncing that DE-NISS) if it’s not right, I’m an idiot! He seemed a nice enough guy and we had a bit of a chat about the trip (what trip? I hear you ask, no no, I think I may have elluded to it once or twice). We are apparently expected to hit an average of 300 miles a day! No great feat really as long as don’t rush stuff, I’ll be one unhappy clam if they rush stuff.

About my trip today? Well it’s Sunday, and if I stay indoors il either fall asleep or do something stupid like start to paint (that’s not even on the agenda but I’ve found some paint and it looks like it holds lots of kinetic energy) so a pot of the old Earl Grey and a bit of chocolate cake. Well I say chocolate cake, it’s made with avocado! (Apparently for the gluten lactose flavour taste sense life sufferers) it tastes okay I suppose, well I’ve scoffed the lot anyway! The way I see it, there won’t be too much salad or healthy eating in the good old U.S of A so any good I do myself here will be wasted out there (that’s MY way of thinking)

Adam Adamson still is an awesome shag... Well he is. Honest. But whatever, he has always loved to write, even before he could write. Its been a passion of his since he realised that others would read his stuff and get a little emotional. That gripped him really. Was it good or was it crap? Anyhoo! Enjoy reading what i’ve scribbled and who knows… one day it might make sense.
